Activate Body Noosa provides:
Physiotherapy consultations (Initial and Standard)
1:1 Strength training sessions

All services are delivered by appropriately qualified practitioners registered where required with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results.
3. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made via our embedded Cliniko booking system, by phone, or in person.
By booking an appointment, you agree:
To provide accurate and complete information
To attend your appointment on time
To notify us if you need to reschedule
If you are unsure which appointment type to select, you agree to contact reception for clarification.
4. Cancellation & Late Attendance Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur a cancellation fee.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients.
Cancellation fees are charged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
5. Payments
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment methods displayed in clinic or online.
Private health rebates (where applicable) are subject to your health fund’s rules. We are not responsible for health fund benefit changes or claim rejections.
All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
