We value your time and the time of other clients waiting for appointments.

24-Hour Notice Required

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may incur a cancellation fee of:

  • Physiotherapy appointments: up to 100% of the scheduled fee

  • 1:1 Strength sessions: up to 100% of the scheduled fee

  • Strength classes (if applicable): session forfeited or charged in full

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee may still apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. At our discretion, cancellation fees may be waived in cases such as acute illness or unforeseen events.

Payment of Fees

Cancellation fees may be charged to the card on file or invoiced for payment.
