Phil Hall - Strength & Vitality Coach
With a lifelong passion for health, movement, and the outdoors, I’ve always embraced an active lifestyle. From my early school years, I enjoyed a wide range of sports—particularly cricket and soccer—and spent many weekends fishing or body surfing along the east coast, fostering a deep connection to nature and physical activity.
After a 50-year career in the electrical industry, retirement has provided the opportunity to fully realign with the active lifestyle that has always energised me. Today, I prioritise my health through regular functional strength training, walking, riding my e-bike, and playing the fast-growing sport of pickleball.
I am currently enrolled in the Vitality program, a personalised, evidence-based health and performance system that guides my training, nutrition, and supplement strategies. This structured approach keeps me focused, energised, and committed to long-term health, cognitive vitality, and physical independence.
Whether on the court, on the bike, or enjoying the outdoors, I’m passionate about maintaining strength, energy, and purpose—proof that age is no barrier to performance, adventure, or wellbeing.
