As Director and Co-Founder of Activate Body Health & Fitness in Noosa, Viktoria leads an integrated health and performance clinic that combines physiotherapy, strength training and lifestyle medicine to support health across the lifespan — from developing athletes to adults in their 80s.
Her work increasingly focuses on longevity, midlife health and performance ageing, helping people build strength, metabolic health and resilience as they move through the decades.
In addition to clinical practice, Viktoria serves as a clinical advisor to government organisations and private insurers, contributing expertise to initiatives aimed at improving population health and evidence-based care.
A mother of three and passionate runner, Viktoria believes that movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve health, vitality and quality of life.

Phil Hall brings a lifelong passion for health, movement and the outdoors to his role as a Strength & Vitality Coach. From an early age he enjoyed a wide range of sports, particularly cricket and soccer, while also spending many weekends fishing and body surfing along Australia’s east coast. These experiences helped shape a deep appreciation for physical activity and an active lifestyle.

Today he prioritises his health through functional strength training, walking, e-bike riding and playing the fast-growing sport of pickleball.
