Back Pain Program

Move with confidence. Live with less pain.

About our Back Program

The Activate Body Noosa Back Program have been developed by Clinical Director Dr Viktoria Molloy and head of performance Tom Molloy. The program is a structured 12-week program designed to help people build confidence, strength and control while managing back pain, stiffness and movement limitations.

This is not a generic exercise class or a passive treatment approach.

It is a guided pathway combining physiotherapy principles, progressive strength and movement training, coaching and accountability to help you move and live with greater confidence again.
